COACHING
I will coach your face off!

We will dig deep over our three days together using my self-developed tools. Some of the topics will include:

  • Belief work
  • Play and perfectionism
  • Future self-work
  • Thought work 
  • Goal setting

My superpower is to read the room's energy; if I feel we need to plug into other topics, we will. Our schedule is not set in stone but more of a framework. Just know I give this retreat my all.

HEALTHY FOOD
Eat GOOD - Feel GOOD!

That is something I live by every day, and I knew I had to provide the same for you lassies, so during your stay, you will:

  • Learn more about healthy meals. 
  • Have your meals cooked. 
  • Feel good resetting your insides to match your outsides.

We will ensure you leave feeling empowered to eat GOOD - feel GOOD, even at home!

MOVEMENT
We will move our bodies daily!

The secret to feeling good isn't just in the foods we eat. moving our bodies is key to gaining so much energy and clarity: during our time together, we make it a point to move our bodies. This means we will:

  • Hike/walk
  • Group exercises
  • Dance, party, and play!

We love our dance parties and play on retreat; this is a time for us lassies to let loose and pretend no one is watching. You will learn why movement is an excellent way to reset your insides.

CHALLENGE
A surprise challenge!

Every lassie is always so curious to know details about this part of the retreat, but I love the element of surprise. It is a challenge, after all. Just to give you a slight idea of what to prepare for:

  • Maybe a cold plunge in the lake. 
  • A dip in a waterfall... that we may hike to. 
  • Something as adventurous as category four white water rafting.

Anything is possible when you retreat with me for a couple of days. When we go on these adventures, I challenge you and myself, so come ready to push past your limits. It will be worth it - I promise!

NICE TO MEET YOU
My name is Melissa Wiggins, aka Coach Mummabear, and I am a fiery Scottish lassie and lawyer turned Master Certified Professional Coach. I host a top ten percent globally ranked podcast, have spoken on stages across the globe, and have already penned my first book – second book in utero. At 39, I know the warm-up is over, and I’m pouring into as many lassies as I can!
