EMPOWERED. Life is a 6-month coaching program for lassies (women) with a growth mindset who want to be present and enjoy the journey of LIFE - designed for the lassie who loves her life but struggles to feel like she is winning at all the things.
EMPOWERED. Life was created to empower you to live a big brave life while creating ripples in your community, your relationships, your teams, and everyone in their sphere.
The work doesn’t end with you, but it must start with you!
I will help you figure out what’s important in life and find JOY in the journey. YOU are no longer ALONE!

Who is Coach Mummabear and What Makes Her Qualified to HELP You Win at Life?

My name is Melissa Wiggins, aka Coach Mummabear, and I am a fiery Scottish lassie and lawyer turned Master Certified Professional Coach. I host a top ten percent globally ranked podcast, have spoken on stages across the globe, and have already penned my first book - second book is in utero. At 39, I believe the warm-up is over and I'm pouring into as many lassies as I can.
When my firstborn was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer as I was about to give birth to my twin boys, my full-time calling became saving my son's life. Shortly after, I along with my husband, created a foundation for pediatric cancer research. Our foundation has since raised millions of dollars. But I soon became a burned-out CEO, which led me to the tools I have created and shared with women just like YOU. You can have a thriving career or a work-from-home gig, be healthy, fulfilled, and have great relationships without burning out - I will show you how!

Mum And......

Today as a proud mum of 5 - via step, biological, and adoption – I am sharing the tools I created from being a mum of many, building a successful non-profit and thriving self-development company to forming deep connections in my life. I have built companies while having 3 kids under 2. I have built other companies with 4 under 10. I want us together to come down from the martyrdom mountain and be Mummabears that are models for our babies and our communities. If this sentence felt like a kick in the arse – just know I always follow them up with warm hugs and cups of tea. I will push you – but I do so knowing that my challenges will build bravery and belief in you. This is what you and the world need – more lassies showing up brave and full of belief in what they can do. You don’t have to be a Mum or have kids at home to need this work, plenty do this course with no kids or kids out of the house.
